Actually, it doesn't revert back. There are two different switches you can use and they opperate on two different spots on the tracks. I was confused about that too at first. Let's say your at the very beginning of the tracks. (with the two carts) Track A is the left one and Track B is the right one. Track B actually forks twice. Track A doesn't at all. I don't remember exactly which switch changes what but I think the switch found down Track A changes the first fork on track B. Then you can go down the first left fork of Track B and find a switch to change the second fork. Hope that helps.
