No, you don't need H'Thark.
Figurines are:
1- The monkey running around (close to the monkey pit and the statue of Kerah
2- The kitchen cellar
3- The door puzzle area
4- In the chest close to the back entry.
Find the one that you're missing and you should be back on track.
