Depends how you play really. By my measures you are already way past the scroll, the hammer and the gauntlets. Girdle however is still ahead. Then again, maybe you will yet visit the other ares where these items are in. These areas are:
Temple Ruins (related to Umar Hills): the scroll
Planar Sphere: the gauntlets
Illithid base (city sewers): the hammer
The girdle will be ahead, in Underdark, Kuo-Ta (or something) area. However, you can be sure that the owners of that belt aint going to just walk to you and give it to you
