Why can`t you loade a save before you get the key??? Remember that it is WERY importen in this game to save ofen in diffrent slots!
BTW i have never heard abouth that anyone have "lost" that key so maby you have dropped it somwere! And you have not "sold" the key to the guy on Lower monastery? if so maby you can buy it back!
