I don't recommend jogging. For me, sleep under a Heavy Quilt with a cup od tea nearby helps. I used to call it 'sweating it out', but there's probably a better term for it. Don't be scared about the dreams either; delerium dreams are notoriously unsettling.
PS- Computer screens cause headaches to get worse. If you can read this, get back into bed! (and feel better)
