Well, I've got a 46. Which has surprised me, to be honest. I thought it would be much
lower then that. Perhaps I don't know myself as well as I thought I did. Or perhaps I'm just reading too much into it.
However, I would like to say that Wolfgir has (as ever) offered some excellent advice there. I've gone through periods of depression much more severe then the one I am alleged to be going through now. I got through it by talking to friends and writing poetry. Different things work for different people, but it can be beaten.
