Don't know how you are missing it? It is the last building over on the left entitled Magic Shoppe (just befor you get to the gate marked to Nymph Lake). The only character guild that is not available in the first town is the rogues guild. When you see it, you are going to go "Doooohhhhh, I don't believe I missed that". Happy wizarding.
