The declassified information about their
possible weapons delivery potential was released last year. Not quite toothless, no, but since they haven't tested a nuclear device, and since they haven't tested the delivery device in question, I don't think we have to worry about them lobbing one today.
The matter was brought to the UN Security Council yesterday, so we don't have to "jump the gun" about the danger NK poses. We should have another 12 years or so before anyone starts arguing over any real action on this issue.
Maybe we should invoke the emergency defense powers of NATO for member nations to defend the West Coast of the US. If we start the debate on whether or not to protect a member now regarding this, maybe we can actually get some help by the time we need. Of course it all depends on who you ask...
