Heh, that's exactly how I felt at the time  I never got to find out for myself whether the guy who had made the remark (who was neither the whizz kid nor guy number 2... this is getting convoluted huh? [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) really meant it. By the time I heard about it, he had already broken off with a pretty good friend of mine (in his class) and I couldn't imagine anything happening between us that would not hurt her.
