Theres a very easy strategy vs that one:
1 you enter the room and he casts protections.
2 then he starts casting time stop
3 run outside before he finishes the spell and go out of the inn
4 rest and re enter
5 his protections shuld be gone by now and his time stop failed, kick his a$$ and take the trasures.
works anytime
