Vent's pretty simple - you install it, just make sure you pick the right input/output device so it works. You can create keybinds to talk to specific people only (e.g. your co-raid leads etc). I had to have it when I was raid leading in WoW so I could yell at the fuckers who weren't doing what they were supposed to do
