Yep - I get the problem quite a lot these days. I've taken to copying every post I make before I submit it just in case.
One thing I've also noticed, is that IW is a LOT slower than it used to be. For instance, after we raised the money for the new server it was fast as. Now it's quite slow, unlike most other sites I visit. I'd hate to be on dial-up!
