kangaxx is in the docks (the head) next to the "seas bounty", 1 part is in the bridge-district across the street from the temple and 1 part is in the sewers below the temple district go to nw end and then go to the next area.. the lich is behind the door on the right if you walk straight forward in the tunnel.. there is another lich which has nothing to do with kangaxx in the city gates in the bar there behind a hidden door on the north wall
