Keep the Golden Pantaloons from BG1, and when you import your character, they will be behind the painting in that first room that Imoen says contains some equipment.

I don't remember where (Game Banshee posts the solution and walkthrough) the other two are, but if you can find them they can be forged by a smith in one of the ToB extension areas (not Cespenar) into 5 items:
An AWESOME set of armor
A Bazooka type weapon (ranged)
3 types of "ammunition" that have differing effects when used with the "bazooka" (basically unlimited spell effects of rapid-fire magic missiles, Aganazzar's Scorcher, and Skull Trap if I remember correctly (its been awhile, lots of school has caused me to neglect the fight against evil...)
