from readme.txt :
Make sure you have the ports 2300-2400 and 47624 set up on the server for both "inbound" and "outbound" messages on both "TCP" and "UDP" protocols.
thats for setting up a proxy server, but id think that 47624 would be the port that it uses, so try disabling that. or you could try
