Dosbox is great, but it'll only work on the 8-bit DOS games. It won't help with Icewind Dale or ToB.
johnny, you could also try using a virtual Windows XP machine.
Or for an easy solution, if you don't mind spending the few bucks, buy them digitally from gog.com or steam. They come pre-packaged for newer OSs. And you can get them really cheap off sales sometimes.
