Cloudy, I found myself a favourite for leftover chicken meat during my second visit to Portugal (I think the dish is Spanish tohugh). Paella! Boil some rice with onions and saffron. Add peas when it has 3-4 minutes left. Then simply put the rice on a plate, add some shrimps, chicken and some paprika. Done!
