Well the fixes are very good, there were alot of problems many of us didn't know about, but be warned, all the fun glitches you like to use (such as 2 rings of gaxx possible) are eliminated also.
So if you aren't having a problem in the game and want the neat things you are used to, I wouldn't use the fix. If you want to play the game the way its suppose to be played (no multiple experience dialogues, double items, etc) then definetly download this fix along with the english text fix which will actually show you exactly what the weapons/bows and other items ACTUALLLY do, instead of partial or incorrect descriptions.
