You can use the timestop scroll an infinite amount of times.. Just cast project image or similacrum and have your copy use it. I seem to recall using 2 timestop scrolls in SoA but perhaps I got one off of a cowled wizard. Cast spells in town and fight the wizards that appear. They often drop a level 9 scroll
