I would get a copy of Dale Keeper (free download) and hack the scroll back into your inventory. Or, (much easier) export a character with the scroll, from an earlier saved game, forward to your present party to drop off the scroll. (Be careful not to overwrite an experienced character when doing this.)

Edit: I just realized that you lost it in the transition from IWD to HoW. I don't know that you will be able to import across that boundary (nor do I know that you can't).
