Sometimes the NPC's start chating at the wrong times, for instance, recently Viconia started saying how she sort of missed underdark, while I was in chapter 5???(underdark) To bad one of my choices wasnt "Were in underdark you idiot!" Also I thought of a cool spell that if I had a spell editor I would make, some long casting time on it like 13, level 10 spell, can only memorize once per 10 levels, casting fatiges caster, unmerizes all spells but others of the same spell, and the caster losses 2 levels per cast and caster takes 20 damage for 5 targets of casters choice to die instantly with no save, like that? I'd use it!
