I just adopt a philosophical attitude when I see crappy threads. I mean, what can you expect? As the saying goes, It takes all sorts to make a world. No point getting upset over crappy threads IMO. When I encounter a thread which strikes me (though not necessarily someone else) as just plain silly, what do I do? Ignore it. Deliberate flame-baiters or flame threads/posts -- okay, now that's a different matter.
