you can kill him, you have to react fast

once they turned into hostile, there will be some unlife godly creature named Gath come out and hunt you down. he basically one hit kills and never die. Gath also use ranged attack, well, the rule here is, if he attacks you, you die. if you comes near you, you die. if he waves his weapon your way, you die.

so you have to kill Bloobscalpe before Gath gets to you

summon would help, start the game with lots of Charms, so basically make as many allies as you can. charm Bloodscalpe as well.
put them in a huge group, and put your character in the middle, drink a bottle of Free Action. then cast webs. now start the game by Doom Bloodscalpe twice, and once Gath comes out, lower his resis. so he would be held by web. now kill Bloodscalp with anything you have that kills the fastest (backstab, spell, quivering palm, whatever) you have approximately 5 seconds to kill him, and grab the loot.
