1. The cloak of mirroring is in the Shaugin (really bad spelling) city. It's carried by one of it's "citizens" underneath the giant fish head.
2. 203? (I don't know how old he was when he died, but I think he may have been in his 30s. But it's been 2001 years since his death.)
