I GOT IT FINALLY! I uploaded it to the IW Server:
This is ONLY for those that have BOTH addon's installed and you have v1.62. It will update you to the latest version 1.64

Unzip it, then just run it. It will know where to install it.
PS: My timeouts ALSO were at 44% and 51%. Weird...
