1) I'd say Chromatic Orb for a high-level caster - instant pop!
2) Firestorm/Abanazzer's horrid fart/Incendiary Cloud - one of these
3) whats the most kickass summoned elemental/monster?
The biggest demon. Glabrezu I think. Howevre:
a) you don't get xp for monsters it kills
b) you DO get xp if you kill it after summoning it
If it's one you control, then I'd say Greater Elementals summoned by a Druid
