Well... I guess you would be the logical person to ask anyway...
FRUA did include elven MR (IIRC) but I dunno if dwarf poison bonus was or wasn't.
And I recall there were files in the installs that didn't seem to do anything (traits.txt for example?) so perhaps this was "laying the ground work"
