Everytime you level up, you get to choose more spells for your Sorcerer. Be forewarned though! You can only choose four spells per spell level, so choose carefully.
Sorcerers can also cast up till 6 times a spell from each spell level. Note that this is for per spell level, not per spell.
eg.
Spell level 1: You have
Magic Missile
Chromatic Orb
Identify
Protection from Petrification
At Lvl 7, your Sorcerer can cast 3 MM, and 3 CO, or he/she can cast 6 MM, or he/she can cast 2 MM, 2 CO and 2 PfP.
