Well, the sad truth is that cartridges are too expensive. I use a printer until the ink is done, then throw it in the garbage and buy a new one, cos it's less than the ink! You could also try a refill kit, I saw one at Costco last week for $24 and you get lots of ink. I know it works with our brand, I checked.
