I had a hard time with these guys. +3 blunt weapons seem to hit, but cause minimum damage. Equip. your main fighters with the clerics weapons even if they arent proficient. They will still hit. The Vorpal works on them I've been told. Rod of Smiting (available for sale in the UnderDark) beats them up bad. Lower Resistance by two mages followed by multiple Magic Missiles is very effective.
