That's a tough one Bili. You could personally lend her the money if you have it, but there is always the risk she will ask for money again in the future. If you don't have the money to lend her, then just tell her there is nothing you can do in a very nice way, showing her you feel for her. As you said, she is not at risk of eviction. Maybe she'll be able to find another way to pay her rent.
