This might be a bit late, but my 69 shammy is having an absolute blast at 69. I am not exaggerating when i saw im pwning the dps, and one hitting 60-66 is great fun
You dont have to be 70 to buy welfares... im doing that at the moment. I am planning on getting every single piece of S2, then queing up for wsg/ab as a 70, then entering the 60-69 bg as a 70, full S2, buffed, enchanted etc... and gonna fraps it and post it here for teh lulz
