Well, not to give away my age but I was born in the mid sixties when far less was know about it. My mom smoked during her pregnancy with me and I came into the world as one lightweight ugly MF! I think I was only a few pounds; just a red wrinkled thing as my mom calls it.
Both my parents smoked and I always seemed to be sick with something. When I was 2 I was in hospital (in Germany, where I was born) with Pnemonia and after about a week the Docs told my parents to take me home and let my die there. Well, mom was a nurse, and a mother and did what she could to save me. I'm here today 'cos over her, but I also think I was often sick because of them both smoking. Kinda bizarre huh?
Now I avoid smoke at all costs since I'm very sensitive to it.
