Kivan of Shilmista and Xan are both full-fledged mods, and from what I hear they're well done. Xzar and Montaron are technically both available as part of Dark Side of the Sword Coast (or something), but none of the NPCs in that mod have any banters or quests, and the mod as a whole is somewhat buggy, I hear. I've never heard of a Yeslick mod . . . which isn't all that surprising, considering the depth of his personality in BG1.
