When you accept an agreement for MSN Plus it is for the LOP/Coolsearch package. It shows that at least reading the first few lines of those screens helps. Just don't accept it and your MSN Plus shall still work.
I removed Coolsearch twice. Once I removed some stuff it put on the computer with Hijackthis and then ran Adaware and Spybot (all in safe mode). The other time it was with Noadware (which scans for free, but you need to buy it to remove stuff, still it tells you where the things are and you can manually remove)
