You need to put the incense cones plus the spider nectar in the brazier in front of the large snake statue. Then you will have to answer questions that are answered in the book you were given outside the temple. To get the snake nectar you need to place an empty flask on the sink(?) under the crusher room. Then place the spider eggs under the crusher by throwing switch that opens the gate at back/bottom of the crusher. Then close gate and go up to the room with the big turnwheel in center. Push the wheel to operate crusher. Go back downstairs and get flask full of spider nectar. Good Luck!
