Go back to the Crypt and get the Signet Ring from Nivius (if you haven't already), that will let you past the oracle.
Also, try to do as many of the guild quests as you can before travelling to Ishad N'ha. You want to get your experience up. The further you go, the nastier your enemies become. Don't forget to talk to anyone who isn't trying to kill you, they have a lot of useful information - even if they do drone on and on.
