its either in Irenicus' study(the room before the dryad room) in one of those cabinets. or it could be in irenicus' wife room south west of where the dryads stand. Be careful to look for traps! Im pretty sure this is where it is and i shouldnt think that because your a ranger you wouldnt be allowed to find it.
