Nevermind I figured it out. I just used my fired +2 arrows at her, ran away, and when I got enough distance I fired a couple more off. Any easy place to do this is in the room right below the room where she is at. There is a pool there and I just kept going around in circles with her chasing me and firing off arrows. Not the best of tactics but it worked. Another thing is I animated dead a couple of times and let her go to town on them while my mage fired off a couple of Alganazor scorcheres (or whatever the name is)and worked her down. Then I did the arrow thing. Hope this helps anyone that is stuck there like I was
