if you are romancing Jaheira, DON'T DROP HER!! if you aren't, swap her out for Keldorn. Keldorn (with bracers of dexterity) is one of the best NPCs in the game, and can use the Holy Avenger. I'm not sure if you want to swap out Anomen for Mazzy, though. Anomen has a lot more clerical abilities and is stronger in melee, but "Machinegun" Mazzy is a beast at ranged combat. She also has very few spells that will affect anyone besides herself. (invoke courage) if you're a melee-heavy guy, you will want Anomen and his clerical abilities. if you're a ranged combatant, take mazzy: you won't need nearly as much healing.

Edit: valygar is also very good IMHO, but i'm not sure who you would want to take out to make space for him. and BTW, ANY party combination will work with adequate planning and a good strategy.
