Last night I had this dream...:
I was walking in this hallway, and there were two doors. One on my rightside, and one on my left. I opened the left one, and entered the room.
Next thing I remember was walking in a world, where everything was peaceful. No war, no hate. It seemed so simple and familiar, but yet so far away. It was something I never encountered before, something I had never seen before. Something...unknown to this world we live in now.
I saw people of all races, helping each other, working together to build on glorious civilization, one glorious world where everyone can live in peace and have a wonderful life. I recognized this world as my world, in which i live.
The next moment I found myself back in the hallway. The peaceful things were gone, and it was "normal" again. I felt i had to open the other door, and face what was inside that room, and so I did.
I walked through the door, and again, next thing I remembered was walking in the seemingly opposite of the world I had just walked through seconds ago. This world was horrible. People, full of hatred, battling each other, battling the very essence of theirself: life. Battling their own creation. Simply because of one thing: hate. Hate against one another. Hate in all forms. I saw people dying of hunger, and the opposite. People dying because they ate too much. A world of contradictions, a world which I recognized as my world as well, a world where I live in today.
Then I was back in the hallway, where the balance between the doors was held. Both hate, and peace were represented in the hallway, and then I understood that the world we live in, is a world of wonderful things, but also a world of terrible things. I understood that people are the key to those two things, that people themselves posess the way to find bliss. That people are both good and bad, that people themselves can make the difference between a world of peace, and world of hate...
