I've looked four times through the sunken city for the second tablet and can't find it anywhere. Please spoil me with an exact location. I have the first and third. I looked in chest on top of the high beam in the "city" area with the two mermaids. I even killed the mermaid who wants you to help her find the tablets that are hidden from her (she is an agent of Cet!). Any help would be appreciated.
