First of all, when evaluating a party we don't need to know about the current effects. They are almost always obtainable by spells anyway [img]smile.gif[/img] . Also, the + number next to your stats are the bonus obatined by that stat, so we don't need to know them either (you can figure it out by looking at the stat).

When making a party or leveling up, you need to read the required statistic(s) that are crucial to your class. In your party, you should have access to high level spells, but you are restricted because you don't have enough of that required stat.
