"Mini index" links added, whole index in alphabetical order (except general info which deserves to be 1st don´t it?). Rephrased entries according to Bungleau´s excellent advise, the same with the numbers, added the TNT graphics card conflict, removed some double posted entries and of course got rid of those pesky extra line breaks.

BTW Wyv, would you like a link to your hexedit thread in here as well?
