1) Finding a copy can be hard. The Aussies on here have had no trouble at all in finding them. You can of course check a local store. You can also check amazon.com, they have both new and used copies. The new ones are limited though. Here´s the links anyway: New game or Used games

2) Yes there is one patch for the game. It removes some bugs but definitively not all of them. The bad news is that the patch also removes bugs that are very useful. Anyways here´s the patch

3) No this game will probably not give you motion sickness lol. First of all you don´t see any weapons in front of you. Secondly you don´t need any fance manoeuvres to kill your enemies, by that I mean you don´t need to spin around fast in all directions all the time.
