1. I don't think that is possible.. Of course, I've never Dualed or Multied before, so if so, I would say yes!

A pure mage is very weak in the beginning, and is dependant upon others for help and back-up. Most fun.. Try a Bard Kit, or Ranger kit. They are quite fun.

A Kensai is supposed to be a very fun kit to play, so why not try it?

2. No, if you have armor on when your in battle, it cannot be removed. They did not follow the 3rd ed. rules for donning armor.
