I'm assuming that after running the networking wizard that you rebooted your machine?

What provider are you using and is it cable or DSL. They use different protocols that aren't quite compatible with each other.

I'd guess, and just a guess mind you, that the networking wizard did it's job just fine, but the problem is with the protocols you have set up in the router itself.
