To clarify Aelia's post - Joluv is found in the Copper Coronet, standign in the middle of the main tavern near the BBQ pits. (That's what they remind me of, anyway).
He sells stuff purportedly from Icewind Dale. Funny thing is, I'm playing IWD now and have yet to come across any items in IWD that Joluv sells in BG2, lol. But I should qualify that I'm fairly early in the game (doing the end part of Vale of Shadows now).
