Well, in reference to leading battles, just ask Rikard how hard it is to keep me from lashing our at everyone with the sword in the Clan of OHF, which is my primary calling. If you need a strong arm, I got it, but with enough tact to stealthly and humorously pass it by the mods...

In regards to a secretary, I am currently serving in my church as a Secretary to the Bishop. THus, I have the experience you may want, unless you would rather give the rank of Secretary to another, more deserving fellow.
