Yep!
This is not the most efficient way, but it's easy and does the job.
The one gargoyle lever which immediately goes back up when you pull it is at about 11 o'clock. Move to the next one - clockwise and go all around the room pulling them. Now go counter clockwise and pull down and of those that have gone up. Check them one more time. (that really should do it, but you can check them again) When all the pulls are down and the gargoyles eyes are lit, go pull the one at 11 o'clock and you're in!
